I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Software Engineering at Miami University. Prior to joining Miami University, I was an Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity program at UTRGV. I obtained my Ph.D.in the Department of Computer Science under supervision of Professor Xiuzhen Cheng at the George Washington University (GWU). Here is my current CV.

October 2023: Our paper entitled “Reducing Latency in MEC Networks with Short-Packet Communications” has been accepted by IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology.
August 2023: Our paper entitled “Adaptive Edge-Level Personalization on Hierarchical Federated Learning” has been accepted by IEEE IPCCC 2023.
July 2023: Our paper entitled “Alliance Makes Difference? Maximizing Social Welfare in Cross-Silo Federated Learning” has been accepted by IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology.
April 2023: I’m honored to get the award of RSA Grant: Privacy-Preserving and Robust Federated Learning for IoT Systems at Miami University as PI.
April 2023: Our paper entitled “DP2-Pub: Differentially Private High-Dimensional Data Publication with Invariant Post Randomization” has been accepted by IEEE transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering.
December 2022: I am so go glad that I was elevated to IEEE Senior Member grade.
